A
ATNatureza apela a todos os defensores do património desta
região do Vale do Côa, a votarem na proposta (#861) “PELA
Grande Rota do Vale do Coa” apresentada no
Orçamento Participativo de Portugal 2018.
O
PELA
(Programa de Empreendedorismo e Literacia Ambiental) na Grande
Rota do Vale do Côa tem como objetivo capacitar
jovens e público em geral do Municípios do Sabugal, Almeida,
Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, Pinhel e Vila Nova de Foz Côa, para
o desenvolvimento de atividades de animação turística, como
Guias da Natureza, ou de exploração de novas oportunidades de
negócio com vista à dinamização e a atração aos destinos que
integram os 200km da Grande Rota de Vale do Côa, que liga o rio
Côa, da nascente até à Foz.
Para
além disso, com esta proposta, queremos apostar na capacitação
de técnicos de Turismo, Desporto e Cultura dos municípios, para
se tornarem embaixadores do território e de forma a conseguirem
dar resposta à procura e interesse crescente dos visitantes.
Por
outro lado, esta dirige-se também à comunidade local, convidada
a participar num conjunto de sessões informais de comunicação e
caminhadas que serão realizadas ao longo dos 24 meses de
realização do projeto e que se vão desenrolar ao longo das 11
etapas da Grande Rota, promovendo o usufruto da estrutura, o
desporto e o bem-estar da população.
Para
isto precisamos do SEU VOTO
e PARTILHA para que
consigamos dinamizar a Grande Rota do Vale do Côa, todos os
municípios envolventes e, desta forma, dar o destaque merecido à
nossa região.
Não
custa nada e desta forma, podemos influenciar directamente o
investimento numa região tão rica de biodiversidade e cultura e
que tem sido ‘esquecida’.
O
OPP é um processo democrático deliberativo, direto e
universal, através do qual as pessoas apresentam propostas de
investimento e que escolhem, através do voto, quais os
projetos que devem ser implementados em diferentes áreas de
governação. Através do OPP as pessoas podem decidir como
investir 5 milhões de euros.

appeals to all the defenders of the heritage of this region of the Côa
Valley, to vote in the proposal "PELA
Grande Rota do Vale do Coa" ('For the GReat Coa Valley Route') presented in the Participatory Budget of Portugal 2018.
The
'PELA' (Entrepreneurship and Environmental Literacy Program) on the Great
Route of the Côa Valley proposal aims to train young people and general public
of the Municipalities of Sabugal, Almeida, Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo,
Pinhel and Vila Nova de Foz Côa, for the development of activities
of tourist animation, such as Guides of Nature, or exploring new
business opportunities with a view to boosting and attracting
destinations that are part of the 200km Grande Côa Valley Route, which
connects the Côa River from the source to the end.In
addition, with this proposal, we want to focus on the training of
Tourism, Sports and Culture technicians of the municipalities, to become
ambassadors of the territory and in order to respond to the growing
demand and interest of visitors.On
the other hand, it is also addressed to the local community, invited to
participate in a series of informal communication and hiking sessions
that will be held during the 24 months of the project and will be
carried out along the 11 stages of the Great Route , promoting the enjoyment of the structure, the sport and the well-being of the population.
For this we need YOUR VOTE and SHARE so that we can dynamize the Great Route of the Côa Valley, all the surrounding municipalities and, in this way, give the deserved highlight to our region.It costs nothing and in this way we can directly influence investment in a region so rich in biodiversity and culture that it has been 'forgotten'.
What is the Participatory Budget of Portugal (OPP)?
The
OPP is a democratic, direct and universal deliberative process through
which people submit investment proposals and choose, through voting,
which projects should be implemented in different areas of governance. Through the OPP people can decide how to invest 5 million euros.
